Based on this Bernie must think if some moron deliberately drives their car into a wall at 100 MPH the family should be able to sue the automobile manufacturer. I think they should be able to sue the governments for implementing rules that made their self defense impossible.
Can we also sue any business that makes their public facility a gun free zone?
I just saw a commercial for Aspen Dental on TV today, and it reminded me of the time I walked in their office and saw the "Gun Free Zone" placard on the wall next to the check in desk. I turned around and walked out.
