They plan to. If SCOTUS really believes a Christian HAS to offer his OR her creative services and physical labor to everyone EVEN under circumstances that violates their conscience and beliefs as protected by the Constitution, then thy need to realize that they have essentially re-instituted slavery.
In any case, I felt the attorneys wanted the public to know this, make this a matter of public record, because they must certainly plan to use it. They should. Dumbasses made the baker's point, and screwed the gay mafia. Either we are equal or we aren't. A decision needs to be made. They should ALSO bring up the cases of double standards some you presented in this story.
It would be amusing to find a Progressive baker and ask him/her/it to bake a birthday cake for Trump.
Something similar has already been done. Just to see what would happen, a Christian activist asked a gay baker to bake a cake with Bible verses stating homosexuality is a sin. The baker refused. A Colorado court said the baker was NOT guilty of discrimination. This is the same state that found the Christian baker guilty for not baking a cake for a gay wedding.
