I don't think it's too early to start asking Republican Presidential candidates who THEIR pick would be if the seat is open when they're inaugurated. Could make for some interesting debate.
All the Republicans would need to do is run ads showing her shutting down Comey's press conference after the San Bernardino attack. Right after he said, "And I'll take any questions now..."
