Why exactly should this person care about anything other than her status in the Democrat party? This individual is a pro-advocate of practicing homosexuality, which could be used as an example of someone who isn't intimidated by the cultural norms of society. She has shown throughout her life that she doesn't care what others think - she is going to DO & SAY whatever advances her own ideas and philosophies; her own status or what "she" considers is best.

Then she was reported that Howard Dean (who was the DNC boss at the time) told her to withhold the National Guard troops, & Quinn & Rose (on XM radio at the time) reported that story...

...Jim Quiinn responded by telling them to pound sand, on the air, & I remember listening to that. There was no legal ramifications to their response to the DNC lawyers. Which told me there was something to the reports that Dean did have Sebelius blame George W. Bush & the Iraq War for not being able to help the city of Greensburg, KS in the aftermath of a natural disaster.
