  • And you get pulled over a mile down the road for 1mph over the speed limit.

    Also, if you can do this, you probably aren't drunk. That takes some coordination.

    The true utility is for when you are pulled over for something. This is just a checkpoint. If you have all your stuff hanging out there, you still have to take the ticket and sign it, correct? I haven't gotten one in about 10 years.

  • I've been a big fan of Mr. Grey and Honor Your Oath for quite some time. He always handles himself in a professional manner, even when the cops don't. This particular incident went rather smoothly, with the cops honoring their oath to uphold the Constitution. If you look at other clips on his page, he doesn't seem to have any difficulty finding cops, security guards, DEA agents, etc. that don't seem to have ever read the Constitution, and have no more respect for it than Barack Obama.

  • I suspect the cops xxx were happy not todeal with some moron babbling in their ears during the entire stop. In Texas, at least Bexr County, if you refuse a breathylizer, you get a blood alcohol.level right there on the side of the road. We have a LOT OFTROUBLE with drunks.
