After much punning around, I actually read the article. This knucklehead spent 20K building a rocket so he can get high enough to take a picture of earth's horizon to prove it is flat. I'd suggest he spend $500 on a one way ticket to Beijing in a window seat. They take the polar route and you actually see the curvature of the earth along the way. Or he could send me 20K and I'll email him my pics of the same subject.
No, this rocket isn't supposed to get him this high. This is just a step along the way to the multi-million dollar rocket he plans to take to 62,000 feet to take the photo proving the earth is flat. It's worse than you thought.
These flat earthers, I wonder how they explain a sailboat that disappears over the horizon.
