The second article of impeachment against Nixon included as the first of five sections:
1. He has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents, endeavoured to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law, and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income tax investigations to be intitiated or conducted in a discriminatory manner.
This is absolutely impeachable.
I can not take full credit for what I'm about to type. Has anyone else noticed how this story came to light right after the Benghazi lies have stopped being believed? It is a distraction, one in order to have the msm be all over this one and ignore the other one that is even worse.
Both are big stories, yet the msm wants to make Benghazi go away in order to protect the hildabeast. Neither one are going away...

More likely, the CIA will be ordered to pull off a secret assault on Iran, try to blame it on Israel, and have it found out that it was a CIA operation, which they didn't clear with the WH.

As I said before, this scandal originated in either Obama's staff (with his tacit approval) or in the Obama reelection committee (with his tacit approval). It did not originate in the IRS itself, certainly not with some low level flunkies in Ohio. This goes to the top.
