Interesting side effect of this is that suddenly, the democrats are using the phrase "state's rights."
C'mon now, Sessions, California is burning, people are leaving, and the only way to re-up taxpaying residents is to make pot legal. Let them have their cake.
I have a feeling Sessions would benefit from injesting a bit of this stuff. It might help him focus on the sh!t he should be working on. Rather then going after pot heads. Stupid idiot.

I agree. Prohibition didn't work the first time, with alcohol, and it doesn't work with drugs either. People are gonna do what people are gonna do and all we do by outlawing substances is fertilize the field for gangs. Al Capone wouldn't have existed without Prohibition and neither would the Kennedy family. Mary Jo Kopechne might still be alive if the damn teetolalers hadn't passed Prohibition.
Oh great. The man recuses himself from the absurd Russia Investigation, won't go after Hillary, Comey, Meuller, Huma, Uranium one, Obama interference in the election, and failed to provide muscle behind the inquiry into vote fraud; but he'll gladly step up to stop people from engaging in an activity that is fairly harmless to themselves and, were it not for the war on drugs, fairly harmless to anyone else. Pathetic.
There are times when wussy Republicans infuriate me and this is one of those time. Sessions should reconsider going after grass.
That fat in a suit that occupies the A.G.'s office in Kalifornia will sue. And the 9th Circus Court of Asshat's will side with Kalifornia. Just watch and see.
