Thats just terrifying.

So let me get this straight--the same administration that tells you that you can't differentiate those receiving a free lunch at school by requiring them to use a special card because it will shame and stigmatize them has no problem discouraging people from receiving mental health assistance because they WILL lose their gun rights.
They are already doing this to soldiers who may have been treated for PTSD.
I guess 'patient privacy' is now an outmoded concept.
HIPA is only enforced when you want to get information about a family member. The government has no problem using it push an agenda.
