• Of course. He's a solialist/democrat party leaqder. In his mind he is entitled to do as he pleases with other people's money. Such graft is part of why they seek office.

• Well... in a way you HAVE to admire the fact that he is keeping it real with his philosophy... I mean, he IS distributing the wealth... So he is a practicing socialist. Now he should never be allowed to have any power, so my question is why was he ever allowed in government?

• Sadly the Demorats aren't the only ones pulling this crap, it's pretty much a CONgress wide scam. Ranks right up there with the infamous "we have to give ourselves raises to help keep us ethical" automatic pay raise every year.
