Spanish version of Healthcare.gov written in Spanglish. Apparently government contractors used computer-generated Spanish rather than hiring actual Spanish speakers. The name of the site itself can literally be read “for the caution of health.”

Precisely! There are no members of my family that were here before 1903, and they all learned the language and assimilated into the culture. It was a matter of pride for them to become citizens and contribute! Now, it's a matter of pride to see how much free shit you can get without contributing!
The even bigger problem is that Spanish has to be considered in the first place. What the hell is wrong with asking folks to use English?

Well, Google and Bing translators have it as Health Care. Beyond that, I have next to zero knowledge of Spanish, so I can't comment. That said, it doesn't surprise me that this administration is so arrogant as to think they can do this without someone that actually speaks the language. The bigger problem is that there are so many different dialects of Spanish, that they would likely have to have 50 different websites to accommodate all the people that speak whatever dialects are needed.
A better translation is "protect your heath". The title is not the problem, the march towards 100% government run healthcare is the problem. Presidente "Che" Obama es la problema!!!
I got as thing in the mail from AT T' s director of Hispanic marketing. Last week I got a call in Spanish telling me I needed to look at Obamacare, since I didn't have insurance. The gave me a number to call for a Spanish speaking navigator. I have had Medicare for health 14 years or so. Left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
They don't care, as long as they get people signed up. It's all about making King Barky look good and proving the right wrong.
