  I do feel that she has a bit of a point in which giving alternatives to the populace would help to deter them from things such as terror, but at the same time, how do you make that an available option when the terrorists will wreck anything you build?

• I am tired of root causes. We ain't all psychologists, the government is not a psychologist. We don't need to know root causes we just need to have them stop. Now... if people want to try to convert them they should do it on their own dollar, if people want to give them jobs they should do it on their own dollar... the government shouldn't be in that sphere. The role of the government here is to destroy the enemy and protect us and our interest domestically and internationally, given them jobs or trying to analyze them is not doing either of those things.
