So if I were a state department employee, I would file a complaint every time John Kerry opened his mouth and demand cash, and the termination of Kerry as S.O.S. Every time he opens his mouth it is a maxi-aggression, no Micro Aggression about it.
When I was in the service S.O.S. meant Shit on a Shingle, I guess that describes Kerry pretty good.
