• The 2012 election will tell us a few things...

  1. The results of the actual election, Obama vs. Romney.

  2. The reaction to the results might be more interesting though. If Obama loses, we will see riots in a few urban & few college areas, Esspecially if it's a tight result. Certain segments of American society who tend to riot & loot when their local team wins a championship may do the same if Obama goes down.

  3. However, if Romney kicks Obama's ass & Congress goes straight GOP, watch the media reaction. I'm talking a sound thrashing, we will see how honest the MSM, & the rest of the dying leftist outlets like CNN, MSNBC, the NYTimes, & the rest of them are in assessing the results. If Romney crushes, these outlets will have to explain how & why EVERYTHING they have reported was wrong. E V E R Y T H I N G ! On MSNBC, My guess is the Morning Joe crowd can be somewhat honest, but the rest of the lineup, no chance in hell. Hosts like Special Ed, the racist Rev, Sharpton, the drunken Matthews & the creepy O'Donnell, will have no way of explaining what happened. At least 3 of the 4 will lie about it, & at least 2 will blame race. As for Maddow, she will try to blame the message, instead of looking at things like the unemployment numbers, the price of gas, the price of food, & our massive debt. She will also need to confront the fact that not everyone still blames George W. Bush for EVERY GOD DAMN problem that Obama faced since he took office.

  4. This 1 might be as important, how does America react to the MSM if it turns out EVERYTHING they were told was wrong? A big Romney victory could spell big changes at dying news operations. It could mean the end of careers, & it should. People in charge at places like CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, & at newpapers like the NYTimes & WashPost should be gone. If you publish polls that show Obama winning, & he gets thumped bad, you have no credabilty. We will find out weather the conservative alternative media lead by El-Rushbo, Hannity, Beck, Drudge, Levin, Malkin, Brietbart, Savage, Quinn & Rose, & Andrew Wilkow have the power & have overtaken the MSM. I know they can, I think they have, & I believe that the results will prove it.

  ...it will be interesting to see how it goes down, especially if Obama goes down. Then get ready for a lame duck Obama, & watch how that gets ignored.

  • As to reason number 2: Hard to say. According to historical precedent the rioters are out in hordes if they WIN, so clearly if Obama by some fraudulent means gets elected, they will riot. Because the rioters know that a new day is coming, if Romney wins, they will riot. Board up your homes and businesses and make sure your insurance policy is adequate and paid up. Either way, there's gonna be a fight!

• Obama's biggest fear is that WHO HE REALLY IS will be made public. This is also his biggest weakness. This is why he lies constantly, why he seals records, why he hides from the press, why he is losing. If not for his evil handlers who prop him up and insulate him, he would be a puddle of jelly on the floor.

  Social media exploits Obama's weakness. R&R seem that they may have discovered this as well.

• Whatever happened to that right track/wrong track poll the media heads constantly cited when Bush was President? I heard about it a little bit at the beginning of the Obama reign when right track had a majority but for some reason it has mysteriously disappeared.

  • All that type of stuff was the media assisting the democrats by pointing out how Bush was unpopular, allowing senator no experience to make the climb into office. Another example. Remember the daily report of Iraq war casualties approaching the terrible 2,000 level? Just last week I am sorry to say we reached this tally in Afghanistan. No media fanfare, no breathless daily count as the number was approached, no hand wringing over the mounting toll. This is because they are not so worried about the military dead. The real purpose of such reporting is to help Obama and the dems. So report, don't report, hype or do not, whatever is best for the democrat party. The media is a total disgrace - IHTM.

• Mr. Soetoro, Obama, whatever his name is on his social security card this week is toast. The polls will never show how bad off he is-cause he will direct his DoJ to sue them if they don't show him ahead-furthermore, most of the people polled aren't going to be honest they don't like Obama, for fear of ridicule, being called racists-or having threats of death. So, the surprise will be on barry on November 6th when the exits show a landslide against him.
  Americans also realize that he isn't here to help-but to destroy. The social media society we have become won't let him hide the truth, no matter how many bimbos like DWS and Cutter he has on the streets with growing noses. The truth isn't far from a click and a few keystrokes-the guy is way behind the times when that would have worked-he should have been around back in the 1800's when it would take a month to get telegrams out to the hinterlands to tell people a candidate was full of shit. Now it takes nano-seconds.
  I hope Mitt convenes about 1,000 special prosecutors to go after all the criminals in the Obama inner sanctum-or should I say inner-rectum...either way-people with their noses up barry's ass, and who's pockets he has his hands in(not just for their money).

  • I hope you are 100% right, that Americans are growing some brain cells and will vote him out. But despite what studies and polls and analyses show, they cannot account for out and out fraud. So as Karmaa posted elsewhere, we cannot take anything for granted. Every vote is important and keep your eyes and ears open til the election is over and Romney has been sworn in!

• Lincoln's quote needs a modern addendum: "...However, you can fool enough of the people for enough of the time that you can get just about any demented and destructive idea embedded in the culture. The people you can't fool you can marginalize with ridicule from sneering celebrities."

  • And, when all else fails, scream racism.
