Study finds voter fraud nearly nonexistent

Study finds voter fraud nearly nonexistent. “Researchers looked at the 2,068 reported cases of voter fraud since 2000.” Key word? Reported. We call BS! This is like taking a study of how many speeding tickets were written nationwide since 2000 and claiming that’s how few people actually speed. We all know that’s there’s way more people out there who never get caught speeding than get ticketed.

  • Thanks. I need copies of that, the Black Panther party blocking voters and a couple of others forone of my moderate leaning to liberal friends. WHen we first met she self identified as a liberal. Now whe isn't so sure. They number of events that have occured, and statements that have been made that whe is completely clueless about is astounding. And this is a smart woman!

  • And the Texas Dems are stunned that we want voter to supply picture ID to verify you are the person you say you are! Wow! What a terrible, discriminatory, raaacist practice!
JP: Do you have the story about the young man who recently passed himself off as Eric Holder at a vote somewhere?

    • If I don't have it on the page, I have it in storage waiting to be added to the page. By the time I got to bed tonight I'll have that page updated. Sometimes I need motivation to get these things done.

  • This just reminds me that it's time to update my election fraud page (http://jpattitude.com/ElectionFraud.php). There are two key points in this article. One, the study was financed by the far-left Carnegie Foundation, so of course they found no fraud. And two, the report says "in-person election day" fraud where one person impersonates another is rare. Which might even be true. Most fraud is happening with early and absentee voting, and with outright assembly-line manufacture of election ballots by backroom Democrat machines. The wholesale fraud in our election system is documented. My page attempts to aggregate the various stories, but fraud is happening so often it's impossible for anybody to keep up with all the examples.

  • There are many millions of illegal aliens in California who can simply walk into a voting booth and vote. You want to tell me it's not a big factor in California? Of course, nobody has made an serious attempt to find out, either.

On thing's for sure, Obamacare was passed on the strength of a 360 vote margin - and it has been proved in the election of Al Franken that 1100 unqualified felons voted. A group that heavily leans Democratic.

When vote fraud occurs, you disenfranchise the same number of legal voters - and not preventing it is a criminal act on the part of government officials.

  • Ever wonder why the Philadelphia black panthers were never prosecuted? Just look at this case of voter fraud!

Democrats Manipulated The 2008 Election Results

John McCain's 2008 campaign staff allegedly had evidence that Democrats stuffed ballot boxes in Pennsylvania and Ohio on election night, but McCain chose not to pursue voter fraud, according to internal Stratfor emails published by WikiLeaks.

In an email sent on November 7, 2008, and titled " Insight - The Dems & Dirty Tricks ** Internal Use Only - Pls Do Not Forward **," Stratfor vice president of intelligence Fred Burton wrote:

    1) The black Dems were caught stuffing the ballot boxes in Philly and Ohio as reported the night of the election and Sen. McCain chose not to fight. The matter is not dead inside the party. It now becomes a matter of sequence now as to how and when to "out".

    • old news, it's like the klan in the 50's, if one even heard about it.

      also, black panthers.
Dallas Police Dept. has a black panther on their shield!

Why? Now there's a bit of lore more suitable for self-education. :D enjoy.

  • How about this one from Kentucky?

Voter fraud has a shocking new meaning in eastern Kentucky.

That is where in some cases, major cocaine and marijuana dealers admitted to buying votes to steal elections, and the result is the corruption of American democracy. The government continues to mete out justice in the scandal, as two people convicted in April in a vote-buying case face sentencing this week, and another public official pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiracy.

"We believe that drug money did buy votes," Kerry B. Harvey, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, said of a separate vote-buying case.

He described a stunning vote-buying scheme that includes "very extensive, organized criminal activity, involving hundreds of thousands of dollars, and in many cases that involves drug money."

  • Yeah check out this story over on Townhall:
    http://townhall.com/columnists/byronyork/2012/08/13/when_1099_felons_vote_in_a_race_won_by_312_ballots

In relevant part: "a conservative group called Minnesota Majority began to look into claims of voter fraud. Comparing criminal records with voting rolls, the group identified 1,099 felons -- all ineligible to vote -- who had voted in the Franken-Coleman race.

...And so far, Fund and von Spakovsky report, 177 people have been convicted -- not just accused, but convicted -- of voting fraudulently in the Senate race. Another 66 are awaiting trial. "The numbers aren't greater," the authors say, "because the standard for convicting someone of voter fraud in Minnesota is that they must have been both ineligible, and 'knowingly' voted unlawfully." The accused can get off by claiming not to have known they did anything wrong.

Still, that's a total of 243 people either convicted of voter fraud or awaiting trial in an election that was decided by 312 votes...."
