There has to be a way, the Clintons are not invincible, to get the DOJ involved in this but I don't know how it would be done. There has to be laws that regulate how much of a charitable organizations funds can be spent on admin costs and if not there should be.
When this all shakes out and it turns out that the Clintoons did rob the charity that THEY set up, it will cast a black cloud over all charitable organizations. Even those that are totally legit, spending very little on salaries and admin costs. It could sour the public view on giving and hurt others, which I'm sure they don't care about anyway.
It isn't robbery; the Clintoons know all about robbery and fraud. They're artists in that particular medium. Merely violating the trust of donors and being an inefficient charity is no (prosecutable) crime. While some may be upset, I highly doubt the ChiComs, Arabs and whatnot care; they are familiar with all the ways of passing bakshsish around.
In fact, knowing what I do about Shrillary supporters, they won't care at all either. If they don't care about all the *other* lies, felonies, and other hijinks, there is no way they will ever wise up. They'll just whine about how the right-wingers are out to get them.
Not all is lost, however. That thinskinned b*tch is sensitive to mockery -- it's her Achilles heel. This is truly mock-worthy. This is actually where the MSM fails with respect to her -- Shrillary is cartoonishly stupid, and the fact that they don't exploit it speaks volumes.
I expect that she'd have a Howard Dean-style meltdown if properly mocked.

I highly doubt that they spent 15% of their "take" on actual charitable purposes -- that number is way, way high. I'd be shocked if the true number was over 1%.
The grant money in the green also accounts for money spent buying Hillary her own server, and maintaining it, as well as wiping it clean.
I'm sure that none of the grant money actually went to organizations that could prove beneficial to the Clintons personally. Oh, no, they wouldn't do anything so underhanded.
