• 1. If the NBA fires Don Sterling (and rightfully so, I might add), then Subway can fire this broad. A company should have the right to control their P/R.

  2. I'm sure, whether we actually hear any of it or not, that the "freedom of speech" squealing will ensue. I hope that someday people will understand that the Constitution prevents (theoretically) only the government from restricting freedom of speech. It does NOT say "Congress, Subway, nor the NBA shall restrict freedom of speech..."

  • At least Subway management showed they have some nuggets. But, who knows what will happen if this slimeball takes it to their local labor board. Subway may be forced to hire her back because they were being "discriminatory" against her.

  I never eat at Subway, their sandwiches SUCK! I get mine from Publix, they can't be beat.

  • The RV Park I live in six months of the year is right across the street from a Subway. I've stayed here four winters. I've never been in the Subway shop.

    • My nephew has issues with Subway'seatFresh campaign. Sine lunch meat, be definition isn't "fresh." Its aged, processed, smoked, cured whatever.

    • I live 18 miles from town. We don't have a Subway, Mickey D's, KFC, Burger King, nothing. We have a local owned burger joint that imitates Dairy Queen, you can get shakes, malts, cones, etc. there, and they make a kick ass green chili cheese burger. That's good enough for me.

    • I have a real Italian deli that's about a 3 minute walk from my front door, I go there.
