Supreme Court slams states’ motion to halt EPA rules. We have to wonder what Obama has on this guy. He certainly doesn’t need another liberal on the court. This is one you CAN blame on Bush.

Roberts caves again, he's getting as bad as Mitch.
This isn't the controversial CO2 rule, this is the mercury rule. The Court already ruled 5-4 against the mercury rule and the EPA is modifying it, and all Roberts did was refuse to give the state of Michigan injunctive relief while the EPA is rewriting it. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me. Mercury is a little different than CO2--I don't mind everybody erring on the side of caution.
True, but it's not just mercury, and it's costing us billions in the meantime, because you know they're passing their costs along to us.
So, now, not only does Congress have the ability to run rough shod over the states and the people, but an executive agency with no legislative power can now pass laws without vote nor consent from ANY elected official, at any level except POTUS.
How is this NOT a dictatorship worthy of utter destruction?

This is just another reason why we need to wait till Barky is gone before another justice is confirmed.
There is very little doubt O Duce has something on John Roberts. Roberts has probably done more harm to this country than even Obama has.
