Syria untouched, Russian prestige enhanced, Obama claims victory. When Russia stepped forward with a U.N. solution to Syria’s chemical weapons, the Obama administration’s defeat turned into a rout. Exposed to the world as a man at odds with allies, with Congress, and with his own fellow citizens, only a narcissist would attempt to give this fiasco a positive spin… so yes, Obama is claiming victory.

In all honesty, the real victors are the American People. We didn't get caught up in another war supporting the Mooselem Brotherhood, and everyone got to see what a complete failure Quagmire really is.

Quagmire really stepped in it this time. Of course the Obama fluffers in our media will make this total embarrassment look like a victory. It truly is like we are the old USSR when you have to go to other country's media to get a grip on what is happening in this country.

My understanding is the deal would leave Assad in power and he would not have to acknowledge use of chemical weapons. Surely the MSM will point that out as they mock the political btich slapping Putin has put on the administration.
