TED CRUZ SET TO INFURIATE THE LEFT WITH IMMIGRATION BILL AMENDMENT

• As I understand this decision, Arizona was attempting to have people provide proof of citizenship at the time they were REGISTERING to vote. The Federal Government has already implemented this requirement by a statement that is signed by the applicant saying that under penalty of perjury I am a citizen of the US. The SCOTUS simply ruled the extra step sought by Arizona was not in compliance with established Federal Law and ruled it Unconstitutional. I do NOT believe the SCOTUS ruled that Arizona could not require a photo ID to establish indentity AT THE TIME A VOTE IS TO BE CAST.

  • That is the hole in the law Cruz is talking about. The federal law does NOT require a person prove he/she is a citizen, only AFFIRM they are a citizen. It's as simple as checking the little box on the form to "affirm" you are a citizen and nobody will ever check to see if it is true.

    That is why I have been saying that although the Pussies on the Potomac were right, technically, they still made the wrong decision. Instead of saying Arizona was wrong and taking their rights as a state away they should have ruled the Clintoon Voter Fraud Act unconstitutional. Check out the dissent Justice Thomas wrote, the man scalded those who ruled against Arizona.

  • Correct. Took me a few readings because too many on the right flew off the handle and failed to understand the ruling. Still, the federal motor voter law is too loose as written although the list of documents needed in Florida to obtain a driver's license is comprehensive to say the least. In other words, the state shut the door on illegals getting a license or a voter's registration card...without supreme effort on the illegals' part.

    • The only things they didn't ask for when I renewed my license were DNA, Blood, urine, and fecal samples.

• Like the tax fattened whores who call themselves Conservatives are going to let Cruz do anything to jeopardize their continued invitations to AF-1 to service Quagmire.

• The Tea Party is announcing an alternative to the gang of four x 2 amnestey scam. Ted's amendment and this ought to have the MSNbC zombies in full Bush-hater mode.

• Cruz is trying to do something right so, of course, the Nine Pussies on The Potomac decided today that the Arizona law requiring people to show an I.D. to register to vote is unconstitutional.

  Lets send a petition to the black robe boobs. I am tired of having to show an I.D. to write a check. Or buy a 6-pak of beer. Or get on a plane. Rent a car. Buy cigars. (Yes, some store clerks are that stupid.) Or do any of the many little things we all have to do every day.

  Voter fraud is alive and well, just like the Democraps like it. If we had true election reform, one vote only and only American citizens voting, so many of the liberal fools would lose it would make your head spin. And they know it too, which is why we will never see any push for voter I. D. go anywhere.
