Plantation getting a little too crowded and resources a little too scarce. Time to expand plantation and look for resources elsewhere. However, trying to expand the plantation to places where people who work for a living, live will mean that those citizens will DEMAND protection which means that at some point the cops will be allowed to shoot and maim/kill. It is all well and good to allow the slaves to shoot one another within the plantation boundaries, but when the boundaries cannot be sustained those outside will demand protection. This will only lead to a lot of bad stuff happening all over the place. I am starting to believe that the powers that be are now trying very hard to reduce the Black population to make way for the Hispanic population as the new chattle for the plantation.
