Texas man gets in gunfight with armadillo and loses. Gang slogan among armadillos:
“I’m rubber, you’re glue—bullets ricochet off me and hit you.”

Cute little critters...pretty tasty too! Be careful handling them or cooking them though, besides leprosy they often carry Hepatitis C and B.
Tastes like chicken on the half shell.
Yummy, leprosy-infused chicken.
Yum.....How about we sell them all to some Muslim country as an alternative to pork? Leprosy/hepatitis infused Armored dildo meat....
And blow hep c everywhere when they suicide? No thNks!
LOL, Amazing where these threads go sometimes.
Its like free association!
Mooochelle might be interested in fried armored dildo.
Why did the chicken cross the road?
To show the armadillo it could be done.
3 am. I su s pect theshooter was not exactly in his best condition to be shooting anything.
The guy obviously got a shellacking.
By a half bottle of Black Jack?
"Hey, when I bought this gun they said it had no recoil."
They meant if your drunk enough to shoot one, there is no recall
LMOAO...This clown was probably using a little girls gun, like a .22, to shoot at an armored critter.
Speaking of Texas cannonballs...

Also known as the speed-bump of the south.
I was told that the current theory is that they are born dead on the side of the road.
They do look an awful lot like those reflective turtles that they use as lane markers.
Oh Texas, never change . . .
When I was living in Tx. my BFF went with me to this Texas store in the mall, to get some Texas goodies to put in a care package to Iraq. As we were standing at the counter to check out, I could 'feel' something 'staring' at me. I looked up and it was a humongous stuffed armadillo, that was standing up, and wearing a Hawaiian print shirt and a safari hat. We could not stop laughing, and had it not been $400, I would have bought it.
I saw that! Was it this one

The only problem with the first pic, is that it should be a Lone Star beer bottle with him.
No, she saw a stuffed animal armadillo. Theyare everywhe r e in Texas tourist traps!
I also heard something today that said armadillos carry leprosy, and recent cases had the common link of handling armadillos. I didn't even know that crap was still around, let alone in this country.
I'd say the word to the wise would be to just let them Texas cannonballs be...

True story. They also destroy yards, gardens, etc rooting for food.
Cripes, they sound incorrigible. They always looked kind of laid-back and cute to me.
They are cute, and generallly don't mess with people. But every now and again you get some idiot who tries t have one as a pet. They are not well suited for confinement.
I'm surprised no one heard him mutter "Ya all watch this", just before he took the shot.
Ya'all hold my beer and watch this..... :)
"Look Ma, no hands!"
