• A thoughtjust crossed y mind on this one. Maybe we have it all wrong. One of the answers was "terrorists hate everyone." Maybe that was the right answer. It certainly is true. Nah, never mind, that would put the blame where it belongs.
  PS Sory for the previous weird comments. I was using my Fire and it has autocorrect!

• The only thing you learn in the fifth grade is how to please the teacher. That prepares you for "real" life.

  • Not anymore. Now a fifth grader is likely taking advanced algebra. Spanish and ins in their third year patrons. They expect students to learn too much too early then non honors kids get ignored in high school.

• We project our power, as any nation will, and this has negative consequences on the ego of Caliph-wannabes

• I am not so sure that question is all that bad - though I do believe it is a bit inappropriate for a 5th grader. I would have felt better if the next question on the test went something like this: A frog might not bump his rump while hopping if: a) he jumped only on cotton b) he walked everywhere c) he had wings d) none of the above.

• Eh, that question isn't as bad as you're making it out to be. Maybe not appropriate for a 5th grader, but we did screw up in some of our middle eastern dealings.

  I'm more concerned about later on in the article when it talks about how they're interpreting food and medicine as human rights. This is definitely not the Texas school system I went through.

    • Yes, we had some bad leadership, made some bad decisions. But Islam hates all free countries, and will continue to do so regardless of what we do or don't do.

  • If he does'nt come here & try to use the Ron paul line of questioning, I would be suprised. If we were not over there, 9/11 would'nt havve happened, or even Ron Paul's entertaining the Alex Jones cult about 9/11 being an inside job, by saying that it needs to be looked into.
