Like I said before, I would rather have Marilyn Manson prosecuting cases instead of this Marilyn Mosby broad.
He would likely be more fair.

You might be onto something.
All prosecutors shop for judges. People like Mossback tend to piss people off, including judges, so they try to make sure they face someone who will not have a negative attitude against them before the trial starts. I wonder how far Mossback had to go to find a judge she hasn't pissed off in the past or with her actions on this case?

If this woman gets to keep doing what she is, she will never make it to court. A good judge will toss all charges because of her stupidity.

Minus the progressive contamination of the judicial system I'd agree with you but we have an engineered judicial system that reflects a determination to inflict injustice in the name of justice. I'm not so sure that there isn't going to be a railroading of the officers and there isn't going to be a casualty of the political war being waged.
That's why I specified a good judge. The problem is finding one in The People's Republic of Maryland.
Good judges seem increasingly hard to find. Mosby should be facing prosecution herself... in a normal world.
