The American Totalist Party

Rahm & Benito

The American Totalist Party. “An apt description of fascism is that it is one variant of what psychiatrist and historian Robert Lifton called ‘totalism.’ Professor Anna Geifman explains the Totalist political world view: ‘… Its devotees — anarchists, Marxists, or Islamists — want to impose a new order based on an ‘all-or-nothing claim to truth.’ ” “The beating heart of Totalism in all its forms is power and control over others. This has become the raison d’etre of the Democrat party.” When they call us “Nazis”, it’s projection.

Bonfire of the Absurdities: After 35 year career writing software for IBM mainframes, am now self-employed contractor thinking of joining a union and striking for higher wages. Cured morbid fear of heights when I learned to look at them as lengths standing on end. Uncompromising in refusal to accept browser cookies. • One can only hope that El Douche meets the same fate as Mussolini in the next election. Both him and his wife hung up by their heels and spit on.

  • The current crop of leftist a-holes believe that marxism can work, but the right people have not been in charge to implement it yet. They believe they are the ones that can make it work, despite a century of failed attempts, they will make it work...

    ...this time.

    • Depends how you are defining "works". Communism/Marxism works every time for the ones in charge. And in reality, no matter what they say, they don't care about the people under them. What their condition might be, how they might be affected, what they might want. As long as the masses are passive, submissive and not threatening to the leaders, the peasants can have the most miserable life on the planet and the leadership would be crowing about how great communism works.
I think this why the leftists always admire and lust for such a system. To have a whole population to steal from to aggrandize yourself and fund your ideas! All you have to do is lie a lot (which comes natural to them anyway), be vicious and unforgiving to your opponents and bully any opposition into submission (which also comes natural to these folks once in power, for example our experiences from 2006 to present), and rule with a tyrannical iron fist. Pervert anything and everything to convert the system into the promised propagandized utopia from which only you and your chosen few really benefit. How it affects the peasants is immaterial.
With these points in mind, from the leftist's point of view, what's not to like this?

  • "All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state."---B. Mussolini

Democrat mayors, congressmen and the President are sounding more and more like Mussolini. They want to decide what and where you can eat, how you can nourish your baby, what kind of automobile you can drive, where you can live and whose ethos you must accept. "Diversity" is a hammer they use to smash dissent, it's their way of imposing their will upon a cowed public.

  • Best Chick-Fil-A analysis I've seen so far. But I've been trying to ignore all commentary and analysis of it because it is such a non-story solely made up by the media to distract people. This dude scored a bulls-eye on that analysis though, kinda like that 10.8 Jamie Lynn Gray got on her final shot earlier today (sorry for digressing).

Anyway, that's fascism, it's what America is today, and not something I think Romney can fix or any Republican for that matter (slow down, sure, fix, no). So what's the answer? I don't know, but I have a barbecue to go to, so I'm not going to worry about it.

  • When Rahm Emmanuel said Chick-fil-a's values were not Chicago values, I laughed out loud. Chicago values are high murder rates and corrupt politicians and are certainly values the majority doesn't seek.
