All the lame stream media continues to quote numbers from the U3 employment, this started back in 1967 under none other then LBJ. Since then only people who have actively looked for work within the last 4 weeks are counted.
No matter how one tries to manipulate the numbers, the workforce is shrinking but the number of eligible workers continues to grow. This along with high energy prices should finish him.
