Wait, weren't the baby killers just applauding this move by the D.A. a week ago? Must be tough to walk around with a bag of shit on your head and try to get it off without anyone noticing...Like I said before, the only presenter of evidence at a grand jury is the prosecutor, they can use whatever they want. A grand jury indictment is not even close to a real case...It is just a way to try and screw someone over and make them look bad. Political bullshit from the D.A. They threw it against the wall, and it slid off....

Their lawyers are dumb asses. I am allowed to forget that someone has the right to get a trial and to choose to have a trial by jury, but their lawyers should have never allowed themselves to forget that. They should have advice PP to leave the filmmaker alone. The moment they went against him, they are opening themselves to be in the public eye (again) and this time to be judged by normal everyday people. LOLOLOL I hope that it does goes to trial.
