I like that! It's stolen.
A dark stain on humanity, and our leaders are letting it happen mostly because they don't know what to do, or Valerie Jarrett likes ISIS and wants them to succeed. Since she is from Iran I have no doubt she is the one who is driving our non-reaction to these Neanderthals.
Wonder if this map was in the June briefings in 2013? Quagmire tried to say ISIS just jumped up out of no where, which has become clear that is not the case.
Quagmire was hoping his people wouldn't start up all their craziness until after the mid-terms. That way he and all the fools could just pretend things were fine and going smoothly.
Those pesky foreign affairs keep popping up just like a boil.
No mention of America, so Rand Paul doesn't see a problem.

They made a mistake. They left out France & Britain.
Britain is already working on becoming part of this, and France will bend over and submit the moment they hear ISIS is thinking about coming for a visit.
