This makes no difference. In case you haven't noticed, all weather is an ominous sign of climate change. Snows too much, snows too little, droughts, floods, ice building up, ice melting--doesn't matter, we are all doomed. They are pondering right now but very shortly they will inform us why declining temperatures for eight years is a sign of global warming.
