Wait and see, his next nominee will be Loretta Lynch. When she gets laughed out of the room he will then be able to claim he tried to get a "moderate" republican on the bench and the Senate did not like him even though Sandoval refused the offer.
Why didn't he nominate Chucky Hagel? He'd be perfect for Obama's distorted view of the Constitution.
I couldn't figure out his angle until I found out Sandoval wasn't even approached about it. MGAP's right...it was all bullshit to give BB the appearance of being non-partisan. Chumming the waters of the internet to get all the leftie trolls screaming about how the Republicans just want to say "No."

That is what Sandoval is. He may say he is a republican but all he has done for Nevada is raise taxes and expand state gooberment employment to make the unemployment numbers look better. i'm thinking he withdrew his name because he knows there isn't a chance in hell he would be approved by the Senate.

Barky's plan to make the Republican senators look bad just blew up in his face. If Sandoval said he wanted to be considered, Barky could claim the GOP was just playing politics by not confirming him, but Sandoval shot an arrow through that balloon. Now Barky has nobody on his short list except for commies and wackos. With those types put up for consideration, nobody would blame the GOP for saying no, except for the commies and wackos.
