• Ok Most of you are not see the true picture, Think like the Big Boss of a company. If I cut full time people to part time, I get a business tax break and bonus. If I outsource jobs to another country, I get a business tax break and bonus. If I get the people who worked for 20 or more years (white) and replace them with people of the world, I get a business tax break and bonus. And I can make more profit in the long run on all the savings. Win-Win for me. So Obumercare is great for business, but bad for the worker. Try to find a full time job today that pays more than $10 a hr. for normal people.

  • Exactly. The thing is that if you truly believe in capitalism, you cannot truly blame business owners and stock owners for doing what is best for their businesses, even at the detriment of the worker. So... In my opinion this is a trap.

    Once things go south (and they will), all the Progressives/Socialists have to say is that they tried to make things equal, but Capitalists took advantaged of the situation, so obviously the next step is to get rid of the capitalistic way of life and FORCE businesses to adopt and implement practices that are anti-capitalistic yet pro-worker (Socialism).

    This is all part of a nefarious plan. Socialism/Progressivism may not work, but it doesn't mean that the people involved will give up on trying to make it work, it doesn't mean that they complete morons. They learnt how to use capitalism and the freedoms/liberties of the Constitution to their advantage. They learnt that they have to work from within to affect the changes they want to fundamentally transform the fabric of the nation. They are doing it and have been doing it all along.

    • While I agree that certain businesses are trying to increase profit to a ridiculous degree becase they greedy shareholders breathing down their n ecks for rapid, exorbitant share value. Then the business will pay any amiut of money, benefits,and guaratees to hire a CEO that they think will accomplish those goals. yOu can make a sizable profit without completely screwing with their employees.
