Compared to the money Quagmire wastes jetting around to play golf, these panels are almost a bargain.
OK, I'm confused. Isn't it a waste of money to install panels that can power twenty-two 100-watt light bulbs for 20 hours a day, when 100 watt light bulbs are no longer allowed to be sold according to Exec Order # 783782137854757437432034? What would be the point to being able to power something that is no longer available?

For all the waste and BS it seems the 22 light bulbs is about equal to the rest of his achievements over the past 5 years.
Anything 'O' doesn't pay for personally is money well-spent. Why can't we know how much all of that cost as we are footing the bill. Transparency, my foot!!
On the WH is a new 44,000 watt system. Those 22-100 watt bulbs use 2200 watts an hour. Over a 20 hour period, those bulbs would consume 44,000 watts. But over the same 20 hour period, those 44,000 watt panels would produce 880,000 watts. The story forgot a bit, don't you think?
That being said, the material cost would be $115,000. Check http://www.AltEstore.com to check prices. But the labor would be somewhere north of several million due to no-bid union contract. That's where we the taxpayer really got screwed.
I should think torches en masse would be a much better use of our limited resources. They'd do as well for the legislative judicial AND executive branches, eh what?
