Just for fun I am going to take my knife out and cut up a few fruits and veggies, passive aggressive style..whatever that means.....Does this mean we can now arrest kids for pumpkin carving on Halloween? Charge them with assaulting a gourd?

I'm not even a cop and I figured that out! However, it is Connecticut, so there is no place for common sense in law enforcement.

This past Sunday I saw a bumper sticker on a car that read "Equal Rights For All Species." I looked to my wife and asked "what does that even mean?" Guess I found at least part of the answer. . .
If stabbing up a watermelon is a criminal offense what happens to the person that actually gets around to eating it?
"Carved the watermelon in a passive-aggressive manner"? Is that a specific violation of Connecticut law, or were the cops just making it up as they went along? If she wanted to accuse him of threatening her with a knife...why didn't she do that? Law & Order in the Bureaucratic Age.
