Top of Chinese wealthy’s wish list? To leave China. What?! Successful business people in communist China don’t like having everything they own taken away from them? Oh, and they want a second baby? How dare them. Maybe a swap is in order… and let’s start from the top down.

If I didn't know better and read this in an ignorant state I would laugh at the "impossibility" of this being true. It seems improbable, from an ignorant point of view, that someone would be want to leave a country in order to have a second child (a reason among others). However, I know better and although this may seem weird, this is their reality. Yes, even though a communist country they have managed to use capitalistic ways, but the point is not to empower the individual instead to empower the government. Let the individual work hard with capitalist methods but then within a generation we can take all their hard work and hence they cannot leave anything for their children, so their children will have to work hard in order for the government to get their fruits of labor later on. It is a vicious and disgusting cycle. That is what pisses me off when I hear democrats like ex-senator Weiner stating that government should decided how much to allow an estate (family members) to get from the hard work of someone who is now dead and wanted to leave the bulk to their estate to the next generation. That is not the role of government at all.
It seems crazy that rich people will want to get the hell out while they can, but again that is their reality and I don't blame them.
