Traitors Gorsuch and Roberts side with lefties again. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 says you can’t discriminate based on someone’s “sex,” meaning gender… or at least that’s what it meant for 56 years before Gorsuch and Roberts agreed with the flaming libtards on the Supreme Court that the word could be twisted into meaning “sexual orientation” and “cross-dressing” and other various bedroom activities.

Gorsuch and Roberts are going to go down in history as the two biggest disappointments in Supreme Court history. To conflate gender with sexual identity and sexual activity is simply stupid. They must be smarter than that. They know damn well what the law says, and they simply decided to replace the intent and wording of the law with their own opinion of what the law should be. We expect this from the libtards on the Court but this is despicable from Roberts and Gorsuch.
So now, if you are an employer and one of your male employees starts showing up to work in a dress and scaring away the customers, you can't fire him. No matter how ridiculous he looks, no matter how detrimental to your business he might be, he is protected. Congress never decided that democratically. Six morons on the Supreme Court decided that, because they think they're smarter than the rest of us.
Think about how silly this is. If a normal guy started dressing weird and the boss didn't like it--maybe he's a hunter and decides to start wearing camouflage to work--he would be told to dress appropriately or he'd be fired. But a guy in a dress can look as bad as he wants because UNLIKE A NORMAL GUY HE IS NOW PROTECTED.
We need to do something about the Supreme Court. They don't even pretend to follow the law anymore.
They're legislating from the bench. They should call it the "Keep the Greedy Lawyers Employed Act"
A Christian radio station I was listening to this afternoon pointed out that women's shelters will now have to accept men dressed as women... if you're a battered woman hiding from men that's not gonna sit well. Gyms that have separate showers for men and women will now have to accept men who claim they feel like women in their women's showers. It's possible that churches will have to hire LGBT pastors and organists and children's Sunday school teachers even though they consider LGBT people to be sinners. This ruling is a hot mess.
