Trayvon shooting witness, 13, ‘was pressured by police to support Zimmerman’s story’, says his mother

Trayvon shooting witness, 13, ‘was pressured by police to support Zimmerman’s story’, says his mother. Another turn of events in a story with a lot of turns. Was the kid really pressured? Or, is mom feeling guilty? Time will tell.

  • Question: What the hell is a 13 year old boy doing outside of his house at night by himself? Isn't there something wrong with that to begin with? Was this the only witness? WTH?!

If this is a true witness the cops and the district attorneys did a bad job in protecting him, so obviously the Mother cannot put her faith in the justice system. However, at this point in time we have to see the preponderence of facts and evidence as they made themselves available and weight it against what the survivor of the event says.

  • Hard to tell of course. But it can't be discounted that this is a thirteen year old that has had his name leaked to the press and the press reported it. Given the climate of hate, wanted posters, talk of violence and assasination it would be hard to blame the mother if she was just trying to protect her son here from the lynching that the MSM and the normal array of tragedy pimps are gunning for. Especially if she's ever heard of Freddy's Fashion Mart.

    • Exactly what I was thinking, KH. She doesn't want any "Dead or Alive" posters circulating with her kid's picture on them, or Spike Lee tweeting their address.
