Officials said employers will be told to sign a ‘self-attestation’ on their tax forms affirming this, under penalty of perjury.” Wow, talk about over-reach – there’s nothing in the stupid law that says a business CAN’T fire people to avoid the mandate. Not even in the copy John Roberts read.

No business leader will sign that. They would be committing perjury. the whole reason for the firing is obamacare-and they are free to avoid it any way shape or form they choose. ITs a free fucking country for at least a little while longer-I would laugh at them if they came at me like that!
If I had lots of employees anymore, I would fire them all, and tell them to take it up with obama. as it is, we moved our businesses out of the US for that exact reason-to avoid the bullshit-and keep what we have built!
All they would have to say is it wasn't economically feasible to hire more, or keep those who were laid off.
It would be true, and even if it was because of ObamaDeathCare, they wouldn't have to admit it if it was worded right. Any decent business lawyer could write that letter.
By this time tomorrow some Progressive will suggest that the Department of Injustice should waterboard employers to determine their motivation in reducing employee hours.

Somebody there in DC who happens to occupy a seat in the House of Representatives needs to bring forth articles of impeachment. That is the only way we will ever regain the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
