That's so funny - I saw this story this morning, but the only picture was a white guy. I mean - a single white guy and no one else, and it was a big picture too. I know I am supposed to read the caption, but you know - in a case like this, who ELSE'S picture would it be? (Obviously someone else, lol).
I played my "how far into the article do they mention his political party" game (9 paragraphs). True to form - if he is a republican it's in prominently the first paragraph, if it's a dem it's buried deep down. IHTM! (Although the linked article DOES mention it in paragraph 3 - nice job NBC!)

Someone who believes the Mack spin that he was in it for the "good" kind of corruption. The kind that helps people, kind of like Robin Hood. I actually heard this offered up by someone on NPR (then reasonably slapped down)
