Trump is more liberal than BO or Shillari. He supports single payer healthcare sys and wants to put a tax on wealth, not income. How do you tax my wealth after you already taxed it when I made it?
Asshair will shoot off his mouth and do more damage to his opponents, Republicans, while seeking nomination. I see no good coming out of this. He needs to go back to his make believe world where he thinks he is good at business. Didn't he file for bankruptcy a while back? He's a democrat posing as a rhino.
When obama is done with this train wreck, America will have endured over 20 years of failed economic policy. We can't do another 8 years with another economic loser in charge. He needs to go now, before he does any damage to the real republican candidates. Whoever they might be! :)
Actually, I like Trump being in the race. He's going to help cull out the losers. Hopefully, he's take aim at Jeb, Marco, Graham, and the other RINOS, since they're his best competition, and hasten their exit. Then we have a chance to really find the best candidate.
The Republican party will cull the candidates by outspending them again. Jeb will most likely be the last man standing whether we like it or not. Asshair will only help Jeb by trash talking everyone. Jeb will withstand that trash talk by having Republican $$$ backing. Read Asshair's book and see where he stands on the issues. He's a Ross Perot factor that the conservatives don't need right now.

Apparently successful businessmen are not all that different from Hollywood celebs - both seem to think that their expertise goes far and wide beyond where it actually lies, and both have gotten sufficiently full of themselves that they feel it their duty to force it on others.
He says he'd be the greatest "jobs president" God ever created. That could be possible, but only if he gets the gov't the hell out of the way. But judging by his rhetoric, especially regarding protectionist economic policies, that is very likely NOT the direction he intends to go.
The problem with many businessmen nowadays is the regulatory environment in which they operate. Once the gov't steps in with a ton of red tape, they've created a certain type of environment. In such, the most successful business people are not the ones who know how to produce the best product or service in the most efficient manner, but the ones who can balance the BS of dealing with gov't people and producing their product/service. The more regulations and red tape, the more significant the ability to shovel the shit becomes, and the less important the ability to actually produce something becomes.
In the most extreme, you had the USSR, where the only ones who were able to succeed were the people who were 100% gov't BS oriented, and 0% production oriented. The result was a lot of work with absolutely nothing being produced. And when/if something was produced, it was worse than nothing.
Trump is on that scale somewhere. He has either operated too long in a much too gov't-heavy business climate, or he succeeded solely because of his ability to balance actual production with dealing with the gov't. But in either case, I think he has come to totally embrace the "role" of gov't in the business world, and he intends no change, other than to tailor that involvement to his liking.
Another thing to remember: when someone tells you that because he's rich, he is not beholden to special interests, you tell them that may or may not be true, but we can be pretty certain that he is his own special interest.

Well, he's a billionaire, so some form of success can't be denied. But yes, he knows how to play the game.
I work primarily for developers (as a land surveyor). I've seen those who succeeded because they play politics well, and I've seen those who quit because they could not stand the politics. One guy actually told me he sent his brother to planning board meetings (brother was a gregarious type who was the mayor, but he did quit that because HE couldn't stand the politics in politics), because he was afraid he'd go off and either jeopardize his chances of approval because he screamed at the idiots, or be arrested for assault.
