Trump mocks McCain’s military service: ‘I like people who weren’t captured.’ Judging by what we see on Twitter, Trump just blew it big time.

I am not a fan John McCain because he has done so little for our Veterans and he should know better than anybody what the Veterans need, especially in regards to the VA. He is yet another all talk, no action politician who spends too much time on television and not enough time doing his job and helping the Vets. He is also allowing our military to decrease substantially in size and strength, something which should never be allowed to happen.
Furthermore, he was extremely disrespectful to the thousands upon thousands of people, many of whom happen to be his constituents, that came to listen to me speak about illegal immigration in Phoenix last week by calling them “crazies”.
These were not “crazies”—these were great American citizens.
I have great respect for all those who serve in our military including those that weren’t captured and are also heroes.
I want to strengthen our military and take care of our Veterans. I want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN especially for those that serve to protect our freedom. I am fighting for our Veterans!

When you read that article, don't you come away feeling that McCain and Kerry are vile, evil, cowardly men? I do. And if I ever see McCain face to face, I will tell him so. I'm not someone who will be intimidated by his famous temper tantrums. He can scream and curse and turn red in the face all he wants -- if he gets close enough I'll slug him.
I just read the article. Several things point to McTreason being a real POS.
McCain has insisted again and again that all the evidence—documents, witnesses, satellite photos, two Pentagon chiefs’ sworn testimony, aborted rescue missions, ransom offers apparently scorned—has been woven together by unscrupulous deceivers to create an insidious and unpatriotic myth. He calls it the “bizarre rantings of the MIA hobbyists.” He has regularly vilified those who keep trying to pry out classified documents as “hoaxers,” “charlatans,” “conspiracy theorists,” and “dime-store Rambos.”

It’s not clear whether the taped confession McCain gave to his captors to avoid further torture has played a role in his postwar behavior in the Senate. That confession was played endlessly over the prison loudspeaker system at Hoa Lo—to try to break down other prisoners—and was broadcast over Hanoi’s state radio. Reportedly, he confessed to being a war criminal who had bombed civilian targets. The Pentagon has a copy of the confession but will not release it. Also, no outsider I know of has ever seen a non-redacted copy of the debriefing of McCain when he returned from captivity, which is classified but could be made public by McCain.
A pussy:
In his bestselling 1999 autobiography, Faith of My Fathers, McCain says he felt bad throughout his captivity because he knew he was being treated more leniently than his fellow POWs, owing to his high-ranking father and thus his propaganda value. Other prisoners at Hoa Lo say his captors considered him a prize catch and called him the “Crown Prince,” something McCain acknowledges in the book.
And a scumbag:
He was certainly far from calm on the Senate POW committee. He browbeat expert witnesses who came with information about unreturned POWs. Family members who have personally faced McCain and pressed him to end the secrecy also have been treated to his legendary temper. He has screamed at them, insulted them, brought women to tears. Mostly his responses to them have been versions of: How dare you question my patriotism? In 1996, he roughly pushed aside a group of POW family members who had waited outside a hearing room to appeal to him, including a mother in a wheelchair.
IMO, McTreason should be in Leavenworth.

The real deal is at the bottom of the link, links to two articles by Sydney Schanberg. As the link points out, there's nobody in America better qualified to write about Vietnam. Schanberg was astounded by the cover-up he discovered, a cover-up actively engaged in by John McCain.
Trump is right, McLame has been pushing the POW card for as long as I can remember, but has done nothing but bend over for the big money interests. He calls anybody who doesn't support his sorry ass crazies, then he goes and forces his fellow RINOs to vote for one treasonous bill after another.
Trump was, as some say, inarticulate. I am the son of a career Army officer who served in the Korean "war" and the Vietnam "war" (not declared wars). My brother, my wife, and myself all served in the Army. All that to say this: Serving in the military does not make one a hero. Being a prisoner does not make on a hero. That word has been drained of meaning, applied to anyone who has had a tough week. Few are heroes - I don't care to put that label on McCain - he has spoiled whatever reputation and respect he might have once commanded.

McInsane severed his country when it called him As did my uncle and two cousins. They did not go into politics and SCREW over the American people. They went back to being average Americans. My uncle retired as a Sgt Major after 23 years. Part of it in the jungles of Vietnam.
Trump called out McInsane for his actions after he returned from the Hanoi Hilton.
I watched the entire Family Matters video and Trump didn't really dump on McCain all that bad about his military career. It led up to what The Don really wanted to say which is how badly McCant has failed veterans and America since he has been in office. On that I agree with Trump 100%.
I also watched the interview with Cruz. I loved the way both he and Trump slapped Luntz down right away and didn't let him control the pace of the interview. They talked to the audience and both received several standing ovations. Luntz, and CSPAN, are nothing more than shills for RINO's and Rinse-his Penis these days anyway so it was great to see the audience and the candidates take control.
Is that online? I would LOVE to see it.
I found both videos, Cruz and Trump, on therightscoop yesterday. It is well worth watching both.
McCain is only a conservative for the few months leading up the election.
Leading up to the primary election. After that he as liberal as they come except wanting to get us into every war that comes along.
Who could forget "Build the DAMN fence!" Oh, I know, McCain forgot about it.
And even then, it's a stretch to call him conservative.
My dad went in two weeks after D-Day and fought through to the end. He was wounded twice. We had a local who was captured during the Battle of the Bulge and absolutely lived on the fact that he was a POW and the tough times he had. I mentioned it to my dad once and he said "I never knew anyone who was so proud of being captured." Kinda sums up McCain.

Once again, the headline is just different enough to massage the meaning out of shape.
RIGHT BELOW, the actual quote is: "I have great respect for all those who serve in our military including those that weren’t captured and are also heroes." He is addressing the VA's failures and taking McCain to task for HIS failure to address the issue.
Now really, folks. Read that entire quote and tell me what part you have a problem with. Or maybe I've made a mistake. Is this the same IHTM that routinely refers to Sen. McCain as a useless RINO who should have retired 30 years ago?
No! I don't think he should ever have been allowed into the Republican Party in the first place! I was in Army Intel back then and we had lots of ex-POW debriefings that suggested that the Viet Namese had turned him. As far as I'm concerned, he came back a traitor! He's been one ever since he's been in office, but that's just me.
