Two things that are important here: one, he was never convicted of the underlying crimes with which he was charged--he was only convicted by the judge of ignoring the judge's order; and two, the whole notion that arresting illegal aliens from south of the border is "racist" is an example of bureaucratic nonsense--Latino or Hispanic NOT BEING A FUCKING RACE. Just like Muslim is not a race. Sheesh.
Put him is charge of ICE. We could use him down there.
