• Bill Nye was a stand up comedian in the pacific northwest. Her went to a castle call audition to be "the science guy" pin a local kids tv show in Seattle. Because he was a low level engineer at Boeing, he could talk the talk and they cast him. The affiliate shared him with the parent network and he got national exposure.
  Hee is not a scientist. He is a mechanical engineer. He had no other training than an under grad BS in engineering. Otherwise, he's a fraud.
  But remember, the UN's IPCC was run from its inception by an economist. The global warming scam is about money - particularly about stealing it from the working. Do not let them take your savings.

• Where Nye and his equally dishonest left wing co-activist - Neil Degrasse Tyson - get the lion's share of their following from is the atheist community. To them "Science" is a religious dogma instead of a process and people like Tyson and Nye are it's prophets.

• So after failing to provide the evidence that Tucker is asking for he ends the interview with a cringey statement that had nothing to do with the subject at hand and something of a warning. It was creepy. He looks like someone that would be in front of a window trying to look at a woman undress.

  There is not scientific way (at least not at the moment) that can prove WITHOUT a doubt that humans beings are 100% responsible for the issues of the environment. Not even 10% or 5%.

  Can humans impact the local environment for good or bad? YES Can it affect the global environment? Possibly? To what extent? How much can the world take before it decides it done and decides to explode? Is the world not equipped to deal with changes? How can he quantify that the parasites or whatever would or wouldn't have been here or there or at this time or another as he stated?

  We all agree as Tucker puts it that humans can have some effect, we do want to leave things well enough for future and it is concerning so it is important to discuss it. But what's with the hysteria? How can we know? How can we quantify? What are the scientific methods and practices that allows us to know? He couldn't answer those questions. Because people ask those questions and what provable answers on the assertions taken and they do not yield so easily to a human so called authority, then jail the "unbelievers".

  People like Nye worship the Earth and their own lives and importance, they want to be able to say without human judgement interfering that we are overpopulating the Planet, the Planet is dying and it is our fault and therefore abortions and murder of people that do nothing positive for the Planet should be legalized and then the Planet will be safe. In the future (and I think it has happened already) these people will ask for unbelievers to be murdered in the name of the Planet and her survival (like Muslims radicals do for their god).

  They call the right fascists and nazis yet they are the ones acting like it. These people are also the same people that want provable and quantifiable evidence that The Lord YWH exists, they mock and deride because in truth there is no scientific method or practice to prove His existence. I admit it! Yet they believe that humans are 100% guilty of the crime of destroying the Planet and offer no such quantifiable direct proof and they loose their shit if you question them. They won't admit that the proof is not really there and that so far there is no scientific way to prove it.

  • Nearly thirty years ago, then Senator Al Gore and James Hansen, of NASA, staged an alarmist prank. Hansen pontificated, on a very hot day, to a sweltering Congressional committee about global warming, in a room where the air-con had miraculously failed. All of a sudden, the world took global warming seriously.

    Back then, there were very few authentic centres of climate research worldwide. Out of the blue, universities had a massive financial incentive to open up climate departments. Of course, there were very few academics who genuinely knew what they were talking about, but that didn't matter. Getting the dosh was the point. So newly minted Professors of Climate Twaddle, without a clue what they were talking about, handed out degrees and doctorates to students who were careful to follow the party line and the population of climate scientists expanded like rabbits - only rabbits with bulging bank accounts.

    These are not scientists. They are just charlatans, but they also have their hangers-on in the media: people like Nye and hacks in just about every formerly major newspaper, ready to regurgitate any hysterical press release, without a hint of analysis. That's why the alarmists adopted the word "denial". Expressing any hint of scepticism is fatal: about as wise as openly disagreeing with Stalin. Parrot the nonsense and you keep your job. Dispute even a semi-colon and it's, "We will finish you."
