The state of Kalifornia just said that Uber Employees are NOT independent contractors so they may owe the state hundreds of millions in taxes and fees...Uber will be ober soon anyway..

California has been very aggressive about trying to make contractors into employees so they can collect back taxes, back worker's compensation for State fund and then continue. You can bet the feds are happy too because then they can collect back withholding, SSI, etc. Gotta pay for Jerry Brown's train to nowhere.

They also just turned all of their independent contractors into employees. I owned a limo biz and I could not prevent my IC drivers from carrying a gun. Not that I wanted to, I required all of them to have a CCF permit beforeci hired them.

I just got banned from one of the local birdcage liner's website because I stated that gays only make up about 2% of the US population and as far as the election for POTUS is concerned the candidates will give lip-service but the reality is no one cares about their votes because there aren't enough of them. This really is not harassing anyone it's only reality but it got some panties in a wad so I got banned.
They've banned me before and I just signed back up with another name and email. I quit reading their rag because they really don't give a shit about anyone's free speech unless it's theirs or the local gay population's.
