Let me get this straight: he divorced his wife and abandoned his three children to date his brother's widow... and while he was dating her he carried on an obviously unprotected sexual affair with this woman in Arkansas who now has his DNA-paternity-tested baby, and while THAT affair was taking time (I mean, seriously, how does a Ukrainian advisor who lives on the East Coast find time to visit Arkansas on a regular basis?) away from his brother's widow and his estranged children, he was also playing around with some South African chick who he finally married after unceremoniously dumping his brother's widow. And WHILE ALL THAT SLEAZY SHIT WAS HAPPENING, he was taking American taxpayers for every dollar he could steal. With his father's blessing, apparently, because why else would Joe fly him around on Air Force Two to make his sleazy deals? I'm guessing Joe was getting a cut.

Well, in his defense, being an advisor to Ukrainians is probably demanding work. A man needs release after such demanding work.
Working in the Ukraine, he should’ve been able to have found relief. That’s right, he did. He relieved them of millions.
I agree, he should've, but since he never actually visited the Ukraine, that makes it pretty hard to meet one of those hot Ukrainian women you're talking about.
