Union Warns Anti-Keystone Democrats There Wil Be Consequences

• These unions, along with pretty much every other dem interest group need to understand one very important fact -

  the strength of the dems is NOT placating interest groups by giving them what they want.

  It is in placating interest groups by making them THINK they will get what they want.

  The only interest group that consistently gets what they want is the dem politicians themselves. Everyone else, when they are lucky, get a few crumbs at best.

  These union leaders have sold out their constituency for their own, personal short-term gain. Free-market, pro-growth policies (meaning the gov staying the hell out of business for the most part), will benefit all workers in the long run.

• Hmmmm. Commies turning on Commies. Wake up folks.

• UDall in CO voted against it on his way out the door, proving again that this vote was a charade for Landreui.

  We need to highlight the difference between union leaders and union workers. We need to really show how the far left has sulllied the concept of liberalism as they used it to cloak their Progressive agenda. It is a fight for the soul of the Democratic party, for our nation and for the future of our Children. These over-educated and under-learned 'experts' continue to reign down this deluge of 'something' to fix our problems instead of the right thing. Gun Conteol, just regulate plastic boxes; Ebola, just let local hospitals deal with it; ISIL, we need to address Islamophobic feelings in the west; Healthcare, Obamacare with its cost shifting and govt planning; the Economy, free money from the FED until money is essentially worthless (zero interest rates).

  Union bosses and govt bureaucrats have replaced the robber barons of the past as the new wealth and opportunity sappers.

• The thuggish presidents are having to explain to the rank and file why their "friends" in the dim wit party are screwing them. Now the thugs have to extort some type of punishment.

  Now with quagmire set to grant illegals amnesty, the union workers, what few there are will be getting screwed again. Soon instead of " look for the Union label" it will be "look for the slave, cheap illegal button".

• Anti-Keystone Democrats? Why am I suspicious at yet another vote that came precisely short of sending something to Obama's desk for the expected veto? How deliciously convenient that 59 Senators can claim to be for fixing the economy and dealing with the low labor participation rate without actually having to DO anything about it. If I were to bet, I'd wager that either this does not come up again or it gets bundled in with another spending bill that fails to pass after the new Senate is sworn in.

  I see the vote as nothing more than congressional creativity at being derelict in duty.

• Sad thing is the union leadership will fall in line by the time the 2016 elections roll around. They will not support candidates that support businesses that produce jobs, often very well paid union jobs.

• Unions are like boy scouts compared to the thug tactics Don Obama uses on the same dems

• The demotards are turning on each other and now the unions are angry? This could be interesting..But I am sure Obutthead will promise more Unicorn assembly jobs to the union members...Oh wait, those are going to the illegal aliens...Unions are screwed, but thats what you get for voting stupid.

  • Interesting how the unions blindly support the Democrats, even when they are saying things that will hurt the unions. Then they become outraged when the worst comes to pass!
    I am so glad that I no longer support a union.
