Typical Kalifornia politics, The folks in San Freakcisco wanted to ban Circumcision as an unhealthy procedure. Leave to the pricks in the city by the bay to legislate your penis, then the legislature chimed in. I guess your penis is more important than solving the states budget crisis, fixing roads, controlling crime, you know little stuff like that. Coming soon, a penis check in station at the Kalifornia border, it will be logged in and tracked, unlike sex offenders who wear ankle bracelets with a gps device. But you still be able to travel to San Freakcisco and walk around naked, just remember to bring a towel to sit on when your in your favorite fast food joint, we wouldn't want you to spread your nasty butt germs to anyone else. San Francisco doesn't represent most of California. I have yet to see anyone walking around San Diego nekkid.
Try living in Northern Kalifornia, that's Liberal heaven and land of the naked and the stupid...Plus they drive like shit. prius drivers are the worst.
