U.S. steps up scrutiny of movie distribution

U.S. steps up scrutiny of movie distribution. Considering all the crap that goes on these days this is real important.

CO2Insanity: Tired of the CO2 BS and all the other BS in the US and the world.

  • I couldn't give a crap about who gets first run movies. I rarely go to the movies, and almost never pay the price for a first run movie. I have a theatre near me that gets the movies after they leave the first run theatre, and charges $4 to see a movie, plus, they charge 1/2 price for military, veterans, and first responders.
The only movies in the last 10 years that I couldn't wait to see in the discount theatre, were American Carol, Atlas Shrugged, and American Sniper. But then, I saw them again in the discount theatre.

    • I haven't been to a movie in about 12 years. Tells you what i think of the movies, the prices, the popcorn prices the soda prices, etc.

Same with pro sports. I can sit in my chair and not get raped. It's more comfortable, it's air conditioned/heated, I don't have to deal with crowds, $10 beers, $15 hot dogs, $100 parking (yes $100 around the Giants stadium sometimes) or dirty restrooms..

  • The government's nose is stuck up everyone's ass now..... These theater chains will be fined for some "indiscretion" and will have to set aside seats for the gay mafia, and select liberals as well as show no more pro-american movies as part of their settlement.

Wanna bet some hollyweird mogal who donated a shitload of money to the DNC is upset because his movies always do crappy and he blames the theaters...
