U.S. Supreme Court rejects Iran bank’s bid to avoid payout to attack victims. Iran’s frozen $2B will be paid out to victims of 9/11. It comes as no surprise Chief Justice John Rogers was against this. We don’t know where Bush found this guy but it’s too bad they can’t send him back.

Roberts needs to go away, He has shown himself to be an idiot and in the pocket of the democrats....Like the X-Files used to say, The answer is out there somewhere....and we may never find out what this administration has on Roberts...
Roberts has no right to be lecturing anyone about separation of powers. His Obamacare ruling is the only SC ruling ever that was decided by a vote of 1-8... where the 1 was the winner. That's right, 1-8. Roberts was the ONLY justice who decided Obamacare was a tax and was therefore legal. The other 4 votes were in favor of upholding the law for completely different reasons. Since Roberts wrote the opinion, we have one of the most important SC decisions in history, allowing a government takeover of 1/6 of the American economy, based on one person's opinion. THAT is a violation of separation of powers.
Roberts is a violation of all that is decent, and he needs to be separated from his job.
