Here is a novel thought and insight. Profiling works and it works well. Can it be abused? Yes it can. So can targeting those who oppose quagmire and what he's attempting to do. IRS scandal come to mind?

No and No.
We are the only class of "suspects" that won't be protected, our suspicion rate will increase exponentially in order to make up for the lack of going after the real suspects.

I feel much safer now, knowing that the TSSA will not embarrass terrorists by actually catching them.
That's why all terrorist attacks are being labeled as "work-place violence" or "man-made disasters" or "spontaneous demonstrations over YouTube". If they labeled it as the terrorism it is, Muslims will be offended and/or they'd prove that their strategy is wack.
