If this actually reduced the spending on the defense budget for unnecessary bases overseas I would be happy about this. This money will likely go towards Amnesty or the ACA or some equally bullshit program in the near future.
We do need to get out of other countries and become non interventionists. If the world hates us so much, let's see how they fight threats without us for awhile.
BINGO! We have a winner! The nuclear deterrent is the ONLY defensive that will actually work if we re-invigorate it by actually demonstrating a will to use it.
If we are left to "conventional" methods to fight the muslimes we WILL loose, it's just a matter of time before numbers overwhelm technology. Think about how many T-34's were lost in every encounter with Tigers. . . then remember who won in the end.
I have to agree with Jukin, We have spent billions on these idiots in Europe and they do very little to help themselves and in fact are currently giving away the store to invaders from the middle east. This time let them fall, twice was enough. How many U.S. lives have been lost to defend Europe and they are so stupid they can't help themselves?
